Google says ‘goodbye’ to a lot of things. Well, I guess that’s to be expected when a person or organization experiments a lot. If you made Helpouts a part of your marketing mix, I feel for you. You need to understand that that type of integration is always a risk, so learn from this is the best thing I can tell you right now. Could Helpouts have been made viable if Google wanted a lower cut, etc.?
